SENIOR DIRECTOR OF SALES
Mark Cardaci has nearly three decades of experience in the Electronic Security Industry. His career has covered all aspects of the business, from his beginnings as a Customer Service Representative to his tenure as a Chief Operating Officer, managing P&L’s of more than 25 million. In between, he has held positions in most management and sales functional areas including Sales Manager, National Sales Manager, Branch Manager, District General Manager, Vice President of Sales and Vice President and General Manager. Sprinkled in were stints as an installer, service technician and central station operator, all to gain a full breadth of industry experience.
Mark excels at cost reduction and strategic alliance implementation. He has executed Six Sigma disciplines across multiple organizations (Green Belt, 2001) and integrated over 100 acquisition companies into existing company footprints. He started a new business in 1990 (Sonitrol of Metro New York) with sales reaching $10,000,000 in 1998 and developed their National Account Program, the fundamentals of which are still in place today.
Mark relocated and consolidated three UL Central Stations while with Honeywell and authored and presented “ There’s No Silver Bullet to Sales” at ADT Club Excellence, 1989. Mark achieved the Electro-Protective Presidents Club, 1985, 1986, ADT’s Club Excellence, 1988, 1989, Honeywell’s President’s Club, 1997, 1998 and 2000. He is a member of many industry and trade organizations including Private Security Professionals, Security Metrics Group, New Jersey Regional Crime Prevention Officers Association and Ex- Officiato, and ASIS. He was also awarded the Crime Prevention Citizen of the Year, three years running, 1998,1999 & 2000.
